Implement Change with less Business risk 

In today's fast moving business environment there are few things on which we can be certain, and the need to manage almost constant change is one of them. Whether it be the need for a  new computer system to enable you to become more effective, a new product to be introduced to meet new regulations, an office or factory move, coping with new statutory requirements such as the Euro or one of the many other reasons for changing the way you do business. However, managing and introducing change in your business is not as simple as it sounds!  But, why if change is so constant is it so difficult, surely by now we should have all got it down to a fine art? 

Well, there are many reasons for poorly executed change projects namely, no overall plan, no agreed objectives, lack of Management Commitment, unachievable objectives or timescales, lack of ownership to the need to change within the business, lack of communication on progress, inadequate resources applied to project (or too busy!), inadequate training, inadequate education, too many other priorities / lack of priority, Business changing rapidly and the list goes on and on. Oh yes, and of course there's the obvious one - lack of time to manage it effectively, you are just too busy running the day-to-day business to spare the time.
